What's On Board
Equipment & Gear
Every piece of equipment on the 2027 Yamaha Crosswave is chosen for your safety, comfort, and success on the water. Here's exactly what you'll have access to on every rental.
Safety Equipment
Safety Gear
Coast Guard-compliant safety equipment is standard on every rental at no additional charge — no exceptions. You'll have everything required by law and then some, so you can focus on the adventure.
Life Jackets Provided — Sizing Form Required
We provide properly fitted USCG-approved life jackets for every rider at no charge. To ensure the right fit for your safety, all guests must complete the booking form with their height and weight before arrival. Proper sizing is not optional — an ill-fitting life jacket can be as dangerous as none at all.
Life Jackets (USCG-Approved)
USCG-approved Type III personal flotation devices provided for every rider on board at no additional charge. Because fit is critical to effectiveness, all guests must submit their height and weight via the booking form prior to arrival so we can have the correct sizes ready.
Cobra BlueBound 650 Marine VHF Radio
A Class-D DSC GPS-enabled VHF marine radio. In an emergency, a single button press transmits your exact GPS coordinates to the Coast Guard and nearby vessels. Provides real-time NOAA weather alerts and two-way communication across all marine channels.
NOCO Boost Sport Jump Starter
An ultra-compact 12V 500A lithium jump starter built for marine use. Spark-proof and reverse polarity protected, it provides reliable engine restart capability on the water without needing another vessel.
ORION First Aid Kit
The official first aid kit of the National Safe Boating Council. Stocked with marine-specific supplies for cuts, burns, and common on-water injuries. Meets USCG recommendations for recreational vessels.
ORION Flares
USCG-approved visual distress signals required by federal law on all recreational vessels operating on coastal waters. Highly visible to rescuers and passing vessels in an emergency, day or night.
Emergency Paddle
A full-size emergency paddle stored on board as a backup in the unlikely event of engine failure. Provides a reliable means of returning to shore or maneuvering to a safe position while awaiting assistance.
Boat Horn
A USCG-required sound signaling device for vessels under 39.4 feet. Used to signal position in low visibility, communicate with other vessels, and alert nearby boats in an emergency situation.
Emergency Whistle
A high-decibel emergency whistle provided for every rider on board. In a man-overboard situation, it allows individuals in the water to signal their location to rescuers and nearby vessels.
Fishing Equipment
Fishing Gear
Fishing gear is available as an add-on to any rental package. All tackle is rigged and ready — just bring your FWC Saltwater Fishing License and your enthusiasm.
Fishing Rods & Reels
Saltwater-rated spinning rod and reel combos pre-spooled with quality monofilament line. Suitable for inshore and nearshore Tampa Bay species including snook, redfish, trout, and more.
Tackle & Lures
A curated selection of hooks, weights, leaders, soft plastics, and hard lures chosen specifically for the species and conditions found in Tampa Bay. No need to bring your own — everything is stocked and ready.
Bait Options
Live and cut bait options available depending on season and availability. The Yamaha Crosswave's built-in fish finder helps you locate structure and schools so your bait goes exactly where it needs to.
Built-In Fish Finder
The 2027 Yamaha Crosswave comes factory-equipped with a built-in fish finder — a feature unique to this model. Displays depth, water temperature, and fish location in real time.
Landing Net
A full-size landing net for safely bringing your catch aboard without losing it at the side of the vessel. Essential for larger inshore species like snook and redfish where a clean, controlled landing makes all the difference.
Insulated Fish Bag
A heavy-duty insulated fish bag for keeping your catch fresh from the moment it comes out of the water until you're back at the dock. Pairs perfectly with the Crosswave's rear cooler and ice to preserve your haul in Florida's heat.
On-Board Provisions
Hydration & Emergency Provisions
We take care of the basics so you can focus on the water. Every rental includes complimentary bottled water, ice, and emergency rations — because being prepared is part of the experience.
Stay Hydrated on the Water
Florida's open water sun and heat can cause dehydration faster than you expect. We provide complimentary bottled water, but we strongly recommend bringing extra water and electrolyte drinks — especially from May through September. There are no convenience stops once you're out on Tampa Bay.
Rear Cooler with Ice
The 2027 Yamaha Crosswave features a built-in rear cooler — perfect for keeping your drinks and refreshments cold throughout your rental. We stock it with ice before every trip at no additional charge. Bring your own beverages and snacks to fill it up.
Complimentary Bottled Water
Bottled water is provided on every rental at no charge. Florida heat is no joke — we strongly recommend bringing additional water and electrolyte drinks of your own, especially during the warmer months. Staying hydrated on the water is essential.
Emergency MREs (x2)
Two Meals Ready to Eat (MREs) are stored on board for emergency use only. In the unlikely event that you are stranded or delayed on the water for an extended period, these provide essential calories and nutrition until assistance arrives.

All gear is prepped and waiting. Reserve your adventure and we'll handle the rest.
